
Mr. Rotstein is responsible for defining and implementing the Company’s overall corporate strategy, overseeing new business initiatives, and negotiating corporate acquisitions and business partner alliances. Mr. Rotstein also maintains close interaction with shareholders, investment advisors and analysts.
Prior to his position as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Rotstein spent 8 years as the Chief Financial Officer of Cyberplex and was responsible for developing and implementing financial controls, budgets and management policies as well as overseeing all of the financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
Before joining Cyberplex, Mr. Rotstein spent five years at Coopers and Lybrand, working in General Practice and Financial and Advisory Services. While at Coopers and Lybrand, he was involved with the auditing, accounting, reporting and various corporate finance requirements for his clients. Mr. Rotstein serves as a Director for a number of public companies, earned his CA designation in 1993 and holds an MBA from York University.
Mr. Osiel is responsible for financial strategy, financial reporting and
planning, taxation, forecasting and internal controls and procedures for
Cyberplex Inc. and its subsidiaries. Mr. Osiel is also instrumental in sourcing
capital, identifying and evaluating strategic acquisitions, as well as
developing growth strategies as Cyberplex Inc. enters new markets.
Prior
to joining Cyberplex Inc., Mr. Osiel held executive and managerial positions in
a number of service and technology companies including Bell Canada, Rogers
Wireless, Nortel, and most recently as Corporate Controller of Redline
Communications Inc., where he helped lead the company through the IPO process on
the TSX and AIM markets, managed regulatory and public filings, led the finance
team and dealt with various investor relations matters.
As VP Corporate Development and General Counsel, Mr. Katz is responsible for sourcing and initiating new corporate development opportunities, assisting with the overall growth and strategy of the organization, as well as managing the company’s legal affairs.
Mr. Katz started his career as a corporate lawyer at Lafleur Brown in Toronto from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Katz then joined InsLogic Corporation, a private label e-Brokerage for personal lines insurance, as Executive Vice President – Corporate and Legal Affairs, Secretary/Treasurer. While at InsLogic, his responsibilities included corporate development and strategy, legal, corporate HR, PR, financing activities and investor relations. Mr. Katz was instrumental in developing partnerships with Ford Credit, Charles Schwab, Citibank and other leading U.S. financial services companies, and ultimately in the sale of InsLogic to Capital One Bank in 2005. Following InsLogic, Mr. Katz operated a strategic consulting practice, and also served as CEO of Portfolios.com, a leading online community serving the marketing, publishing and creative services industries. Mr. Katz received his L.L.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1995 and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1997.
Mr. Teja is responsible for the business strategy and growth of CX Digital Media’s publisher network. Prior to joining Cyberplex, Mr. Teja was Chief Operating Officer with b5media, a leading publisher of blog content, where he led and implemented the company’s traffic and revenue growth strategies. Prior to b5media, Mr. Teja was a Partner with Brightspark Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on investments in enterprise software, mobile and new media sectors.
Mr. Teja was also Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales and Business Development for MobShop Inc, a pioneer in ecommerce technologies funded by GE Capital, Visa International, Mayfield Fund and Marc Andreessen. Mr. Teja’s depth of experience also includes senior roles with MSI Consulting Group (a WPP Company) and IBM. Mr. Teja is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business, The University of Western Ontario.
As VP of the Performance Media Group, Mr. Benoliel is responsible for CX Digital’s creative optimization practice which encompasses marketing and creative services, client campaign optimization, and media buying.
Prior to joining Cyberplex, Mr. Benoliel was CMO and Managing Partner at Eidenai Innovations, an enterprise technology and interactive solutions provider located in Toronto. Mr. Benoliel oversaw lead generation and corporate marketing activities while acting as executive sponsor on key enterprise accounts.Prior to that, as a seasoned technology marketing professional, Mr. Benoliel was involved in a series of IT-focused ventures.
From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Benoliel co-founded and later successfully sold Aztec Systems, a leading software vendor to the Home Decorating industry specializing in business management software and sales aids. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Benoliel co-founded and was President of Continuum Inc., an interactive design firm that delivered corporate branding and technology solutions for leading companies such as Labatt Breweries, Sprint Canada, and Western Union.
